Shipping & Delivery Policy

When you purchase premium Android TV hardware, you expect it to arrive promptly and securely. SuperBox for Sale is proud to offer FREE Express US & CA shipping on all TV Box orders, ensuring your new hardware gets from the warehouse to your living room without hidden logistical fees.

Hardware Dispatch Schedule

To maintain exceptional delivery speeds, warehouse fulfilment operates on a strict daily schedule:

If a parcel arrives with severe transit impact, damaged exterior packaging, or courier-verified loss, customers are not trapped in shipping claims: our refund and returns policy immediately activates an ironclad 30-day satisfaction window, providing free replacement dispatches or complete monetary reimbursements without restocking fees.

Delivery Zones and Transit Times

Once carrier delivery is officially logged, risk of transit damage concludes and full product operational protection shifts directly to our 1-year hardware warranty. This guarantees 365 days of comprehensive hardware replacement coverage against motherboard malfunctions, internal Wi-Fi adapter faults, and power supply defects.

Our Carrier Partners

To ensure maximum reliability, SuperBox for Sale exclusively partners with the most trusted logistics providers in North America. USPS is heavily utilised for reaching PO Boxes, military addresses, and for its swift Priority Mail delivery network. FedEx is deployed for rapid Home Delivery within the contiguous states, including weekend delivery routes. UPS Ground serves as a robust alternative for heavier multi-unit orders, providing commercial-grade tracking and reliable handling protocols. For Canadian orders, Canada Post and FedEx Ground ensure cross-border delivery that clears customs efficiently with 2 to 5 business days transit with 100% FREE shipping.

Real-time automated address validation and carrier dispatch labels are generated only after payment clears our Level-1 PCI compliant gateway. For detailed security protocols covering tokenized transactions and credit card fraud screening that protect your purchase before fulfillment, review our payment and security policy.

Shipment Tracking

The moment your package is boxed and scanned at the warehouse dock, an automated email is dispatched to your inbox containing your unique tracking number and direct carrier tracking link. You can monitor your hardware’s journey in real-time, 24/7, from the sorting facility to your doorstep. If your tracking email has not arrived within 4 hours of placing your order on a business day, please check your spam folder before contacting support.

All in-stock models qualify for priority domestic handling, receiving same-day dispatch from our Chino, California warehouse whenever orders are confirmed before 2:00 PM EST on business days.

Address Corrections and Re-Routing

Because fulfilment is highly automated for speed, there is a strict 1-hour window after placing an order to correct a misspelled or incorrect shipping address. Contact support immediately if you notice an error. If the package is already in transit and requires an address reroute, carrier-imposed rerouting fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost in Transit

While exceedingly rare, packages can occasionally be lost in the carrier network. If your tracking link has not updated for 5 consecutive business days, contact the support team immediately. SuperBox for Sale will initiate a formal carrier trace and GPS audit. If the logistics partner confirms the package is definitively lost, a brand-new replacement unit will be dispatched to you at no extra cost. Insurance claims are handled entirely on the backend.

Damaged in Transit

If the carrier delivers a package that appears crushed, punctured, or severely compromised, take clear photographs of the unopened box immediately. Upon opening, if the hardware has suffered physical damage, submit those photographs to customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, an express replacement will be sent, and the logistics damage claim will be processed on your behalf.

Holiday Peak Season Variances

During major US shopping events – Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year – national carriers experience significant volume surges. While the SuperBox for Sale warehouse maintains its same-day dispatch schedule throughout the holiday season, actual carrier transit times may experience slight delays. To guarantee delivery before Christmas Day, orders should be placed by December 18th at the latest. Exact holiday cutoff dates are published annually on the website homepage.

International Shipping

SuperBox for Sale exclusively provides fast, 100% FREE shipping to the United States and Canada. We do not offer paid shipping services or deliveries to other international destinations. All orders to the United States and Canada (2 to 5 business days) include full real-time tracking and 100% FREE shipping.

Fulfilment Location

To ensure transparent order fulfillment across all 50 US states, military APO/FPO addresses, and Canadian provinces, dispatches from SuperBox for Sale follow rigid daily carrier schedules and comprehensive transit protection via FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Canada Post.
