About SuperBox for Sale

SuperBox for Sale is an established authorized North American distributor of premium Android media hubs, supplying genuine SuperBox hardware—including the S6, S7, and flagship S8 series—to cord-cutters, home theater enthusiasts, and media consumers across the United States and Canada.

Because our products represent a higher-ticket investment ($300 to $400+ per unit), organic search behavior in our category is exceptionally intent-driven. Prospective buyers spend days conducting meticulous comparison research, vetting legitimate warranty claims against unauthorized grey-market sellers, reading firmware breakdowns, and reviewing setup tutorials before making a purchase decision. Our organic search channel is not merely a generator of top-of-funnel traffic; it is the fundamental engine that establishes consumer confidence, defends our brand authenticity, and drives predictable, high-margin revenue without excessive reliance on paid ad auctions.

Strategic Purpose of the Role

We are searching for an analytical, disciplined, and commercially astute SEO Specialist to take complete ownership of our organic search footprint across Google and Bing. In this role, you will design and execute an end-to-end organic growth strategy that captures every phase of the cord-cutting customer journey—from informational search queries regarding Android streaming setups to high-intent commercial keywords looking for genuine hardware inventory.

You will not work in an isolated keyword silo. Partnering directly with our Webmaster, Copywriters, and Video Creators, you will translate search data into high-converting storefront content, optimize category architecture, safeguard indexation hygiene, and build defensible digital authority across the consumer electronics landscape.

Weekly Workflow & Working Schedule

  • Standard Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST), Monday through Friday.
  • Operational Rhythm: Weekly workflows center around diagnostic site crawls, Search Console performance analysis, content gap discovery, competitor backlink auditing, and on-page optimization sprints, followed by weekly collaborative check-ins with our web development and content production teams.
  • Core Focus: Rather than chasing vanity impression spikes, your daily actions are prioritized based on organic commercial intent, page-one ranking stability for core product queries, and organic revenue contribution.

Key Operational Responsibilities

1. High-Intent Keyword Architecture & Content Clustering

You will lead search research to identify, categorize, and prioritize high-value commercial and informational search queries across the North American market. Rather than generating disconnected blog posts, you will architect cohesive topic clusters and pillar pages that establish deep topical authority around our flagship hardware tiers (S6, S7, and S8), comparative performance analyses, home streaming optimization, and cord-cutting guides. You will craft structured content briefs for our copywriting team, ensuring headers, semantic keyword variants, intent-satisfying answers, and internal cross-linking hierarchies are strategically mapped to convert search visitors into paying customers.

2. Technical SEO Governance & Storefront Crawl Efficiency

Working in tandem with our Webmaster, you will maintain technical indexation standards across our e-commerce storefront. You will conduct regular site audits using Screaming Frog and Sitebulb to eliminate crawl depth inefficiencies, diagnose orphaned pages, correct 404 response codes through systematic 301 redirect mapping, and prevent duplicate content bloat caused by faceted collection filters or dynamic URL parameters. You will also oversee the implementation of JSON-LD schema markup (including Product, AggregateRating, Offer, FAQPage, and Organization entities) to maximize rich snippet real estate across competitive search engine results pages.

3. Digital PR, Authority Acquisition & Brand Defense

In an industry crowded with grey-market resellers, clone hardware, and affiliate aggregator sites, establishing clear domain trust is essential. You will develop sustainable link acquisition campaigns centered on genuine digital outreach, product sampling for credible tech journalists, guest contributions on authoritative cord-cutting publications, and unboxing partnerships with video creators. You will monitor unlinked brand mentions across tech forums, Reddit communities, and media outlets, converting them into contextual backlinks while actively managing our link profile to disavow spammy or negative SEO attacks.

4. Competitive Intelligence & Algorithm Volatility Management

Search algorithms evolve continuously, and competitive landscapes in consumer hardware fluctuate rapidly. You will systematically track rank fluctuations, SERP feature modifications, and competitor inventory shifts across primary keyword targets. When search engines deploy core updates or helpful content recalibrations, you will evaluate ranking data calmly, identify underlying search intent shifts, and implement strategic content refinements to maintain and expand our market share. You will document historical algorithm responses, giving our brand a long-term strategic advantage over short-sighted competitors.

5. Organic Analytics, Revenue Tracking & Performance Attribution

You will translate complex search data into clear, revenue-focused business insights. Utilizing Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush, you will build executive reporting dashboards that attribute actual e-commerce transactions, average order values, and conversion paths directly to organic search landing pages. You will measure content performance against business metrics—such as assisted conversions and customer acquisition costs—enabling leadership to understand exactly where organic search investments deliver tangible bottom-line returns.

Candidate Profile & Technical Qualifications

Proven E-Commerce SEO Track Record

You bring at least three to four years of direct experience driving organic traffic and demonstrable revenue growth for direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce websites or specialized electronics retailers. You possess a working portfolio of competitive commercial keywords that you personally propelled to page-one rankings through rigorous on-page optimization, content architecture, and authority building. Candidates who have navigated competitive, high-friction, or compliance-sensitive consumer hardware niches will adapt to this role immediately.

Deep Technical & Analytical Fluency

You possess an intuitive understanding of how modern search engine crawlers interpret, render, and index JavaScript-driven e-commerce platforms. You are thoroughly proficient with standard industry diagnostics tools, including Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, and GA4 custom exploration reports. You can analyze raw log files to observe Googlebot behavior, interpret Core Web Vitals diagnostic field data, and explain the exact technical reasons why a specific product URL is failing to gain ranking traction.

Strategic Commercial Thinking

You recognize that search volume is meaningless without commercial intent. You evaluate queries through the lens of customer psychology: distinguishing between casual browser curiosity and a buyer actively searching for a genuine S8 TV box with warranty coverage. You know how to align page titles, meta descriptions, on-page headings, and visual trust badges to earn high organic click-through rates (CTR) and sustain high post-click conversion rates.

Workspace & Home Office Requirements

To conduct large-scale site audits, manage continuous rank tracking dashboards, and collaborate across our remote operational teams, you must work from an established home workspace equipped with:

  • Computing Hardware: A reliable, modern workstation running macOS or Windows with a minimum of 16 GB RAM, capable of processing large-scale crawler exports, data spreadsheets, and multithreaded analytical tasks smoothly.
  • Broadband Connectivity: A stable, high-speed broadband internet connection delivering at least 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, connected directly via Ethernet to ensure uninterrupted access during live team collaborations and large dataset transfers.
  • Security & Confidentiality: A password-protected, encrypted work environment adhering to standard two-factor authentication protocols for accessing proprietary Google Search Console properties, enterprise SEO tool accounts, and backend storefront databases.

Compensation, Growth & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year (or $32.00 – $38.50 per hour), tailored to your proven track record in D2C e-commerce search growth and portfolio strength.
  • Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Direct financial bonuses tied to core organic revenue milestones, page-one ranking achievements for target commercial queries, and year-over-year organic traffic growth.
  • Enterprise SEO Tool Stack: Full access to enterprise-tier accounts for Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, and dedicated proxy networks provided by the company.
  • Hardware Lab Unit: A complimentary SuperBox flagship setup delivered to your home office, enabling you to test device capabilities, photograph interface elements for original content assets, and understand the user journey firsthand.
  • Autonomy & Strategic Ownership: You will have direct authority to shape our organic search roadmap, pioneer content experiments, and steer digital marketing initiatives without navigating bureaucratic red tape.
