Strategic Purpose of the Role

We are recruiting two meticulous, dependable, and physically active Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Specialists to manage daily order throughput and technical inventory operations at our fulfillment hub. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the accurate receipt, serialized scanning, customized packaging, and prompt carrier handoff of hundreds of high-value electronic units each day.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility logistics role tailored for individuals who take genuine pride in flawless order accuracy, structured organization, and tidy workspace standards. Working in direct communication with our remote customer support desk and technical helpdesk, you will bridge physical inventory handling with digital warehouse management systems, ensuring that our storefront maintains near-zero error rates and outstanding same-day dispatch performance.

Operational Shifts & Work Schedules

To maintain efficient logistics workflows and manage both incoming manufacturer freight and strict daily carrier dispatch cutoffs, we are filling two dedicated schedules. Candidates must state their shift preference during the application process:

Shift 1: Outbound Dispatch & High-Velocity Fulfillment (Morning)

• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday, with occasional peak-season weekend shifts).
• Operational Focus: Fast-paced morning fulfillment. You will process overnight order queues, perform precise multi-item picks, package units with protective padding, scan serialized barcodes into our digital system, print commercial shipping labels, and coordinate directly with morning and early-afternoon USPS, UPS, and FedEx freight pickups.

Shift 2: Mid-Day Intake, RMA Diagnostics & Inventory Reconciliation (Afternoon/Evening)

• Schedule: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday through Friday, with occasional peak-season weekend shifts).
• Operational Focus: Inbound logistics and returns management. You will receive bulk pallet deliveries, conduct incoming quality control inspections on new hardware shipments, restock fulfillment bins, execute physical triage on Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) units, and perform daily inventory cycle counts to ensure zero shrinkage.

Key Operational Responsibilities

2. Carrier Manifesting, Logistics Scheduling & Same-Day Dispatch

You will operate high-speed thermal label printing stations, generating optimized shipping manifests across USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Express services. You will monitor tracking statuses, identify carrier address validation alerts before packages leave the loading dock, and collaborate with drivers during daily pickups to ensure complete master scans, eliminating lost package disputes and preventing initial transit blind spots for awaiting customers.

3. Systematic Inbound Freight Receiving & Inventory Governance

Our warehouse receives frequent palletized air and sea freight shipments containing thousands of sensitive electronic components. You will safely unload freight, inspect master cartons for external shipping damage, verify bill-of-lading counts against commercial purchase orders, and report discrepancies immediately to management. You will participate in routine weekly cycle counts and monthly comprehensive inventory audits, identifying inventory discrepancies before they affect customer orders. You are familiar with modern barcode scanners, thermal printers (Zebra or equivalent), digital scales, and cloud-based shipping/WMS platforms (such as ShipStation, Shopify Fulfillment Network, or Fishbowl).
